I just finished up my reservations for the AAPP seminar in Vancouver this May. It is not too late to make your reservation! I was totally impressed with the package.

A luxury hotel w/view for $96.00 a night. Cheap air fare and a dollar exchange rate that can't be beat!(It's like getting a free Molsen for every two you buy!!) The speakers are top of the line and you can write the whole damn thing off!! So what are you waiting for?

And don't forget Ralph's generous offer: Join ASTM prior to AAPP and Ralph will buy your lunch up to $250.00 ea. ! (Do I have that right Ralph?)

See you all there, Eh!

Ted

Ralph, was it for signing up with ASTM or signing up on the Polygraph Place web site?

Sorry we are going to miss you at the AAPP but we will try to do you proud.

As for the luncheon, my primary objective was to bring in people who were at least interested in joining ASTM and that would be a primary topic of discussion at the luncheon. They don't need to join PolygraphPlace at all. I was just asking that you guys would help me hand out my polyplace paraphernalia to as many folks at AAPP as possible since I can't be there.

Does that clear it up?

Some of us have a big problem attending the AAPP seminar in Vancouver...because it's out of the country.

My department has to have the full city council approve out-of-country training, so it's such a hassle, we just bagged the idea. I know of some state agencies that have the same rules, no out-of-country training.

So, if some of us aren't there this year, at least know we wanted to go!

Chip, sorry to here you won't be there. I think anyone not attending will be missed.

Its interesting that your department considers Canada to be out of country. Even though it is, it seems funny. I did here that to travel to Canada now you must have a passsport or birth certificate. I think that is fairly new.

Boise is much closer to Vancouver than Orlando(APA)and would probably cost less.

I also saw your post on the other subject but don't know how to respond right now.
